Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take across India?

CustomTeeStudio delivers across all of India within 2–7 business days. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai typically receive orders within 2–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.

Is there free shipping available?

Yes! All orders above Rs.499 qualify for free shipping across India. Orders below Rs.499 have a nominal shipping charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order in real time through the courier partner's website.

Products & Sizing

What sizes are available at CustomTeeStudio?

CustomTeeStudio offers sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL across most products. Always refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements. Indian sizing can vary — our size chart uses chest and length measurements in inches.

What fabric are the t-shirts made from?

Most of our t-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton or a premium cotton blend. Polo t-shirts and plain tees use 100% cotton. Oversized and drop shoulder styles use a cotton blend for better drape and softness.

Are the print and colours wash-resistant?

Yes. All CustomTeeStudio products use fade-resistant fabrics and print techniques. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water for maximum colour retention.

Do you offer custom printing or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer custom printing (logo, design, or text) on t-shirts for corporate gifting, events, team uniforms, and bulk orders. Minimum order for custom printing is 10 pieces. Contact us at actinstitute89@gmail.com for pricing and details.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

CustomTeeStudio offers a 7-day easy return policy from date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at actinstitute89@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

CustomTeeStudio accepts all major payment methods including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. Select COD at checkout to confirm availability for your pin code.
